PhyllisGladys provides travel planning and SEO services on a best-effort basis. We strive to deliver quality results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund requests are handled according to:

• Travel Services: Booking-related refunds follow the policies of the travel provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.)
• SEO Services: Refunds for audits and retainers are subject to review. Contact us within 7 days of service delivery.
• Stripe Disputes: You may file a dispute directly with Stripe if you believe you were charged in error.

Limitation of Liability

PhyllisGladys is not liable for travel disruptions, third-party provider issues, or SEO ranking fluctuations caused by search engine algorithm changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PhyllisGladys operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
